This is a demo for potential employers of what I'm capable of. This is a jQuery [http://jquery.com] plugin that makes forms dynamic.
The form changes dynamically depending on what options you select. Try changing the 1st select box and see what happens. Note that elements can be nested on several levels, so that if a child form section has its own dependants, they are hidden or shown together with it (Choose "buy an apartment", check "I need mortgage" and then choose "rent an apartment" to see the effect).
It takes virtually no effort to code all the dependencies. Here's a brief documentation for programmers.
